Day 7, Sept. 8 Canada/Michigan

Another pic of these long, clean and inexpensive subway trains. We made it to the Royal Ontario Museum with its unique glass structure entrance. Excellent Natural History museum from skeletons of 50 million year old horse ancestor( see pic) to and thru evolution of all the dinosaurs and all current day mammals, amphibians, birds, etc., etc. Very impressive. Two additional floors of wide-ranging presentations on multiple cultures and countries. Need lot of time here.
Rest of day spent dodging crowds to see old distillery section and finding places to eat. Traffic and crowds here are unbelievable. Chaos in motion. Best way to see this place is on CORPORATE financed trip with itinerary, sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and to and for traffic issues planned AND PRE-arranged. The Elkins chose the toughest way to see Toronto. Yet it remains unique in many ways.
